We’re based in Las Vegas, servicing major venues such as Caesars Forum, Mandalay Bay, and The Las Vegas Convention Center. Many of our activations and speakers travel nationwide, allowing DMCs and planners to extend Elevate’s signature experiences to other destinations and incentive programs.

Pricing varies by activation type. Some are hourly services, while others are offered in 4- or 8-hour event blocks. Every quote includes professional staffing, equipment, and all standard supplies. Multi-day and multi-activation discounts are available for conferences and large-scale events.

Each activation rate includes licensed or certified staff, an onsite manager, and all required equipment and supplies, and coordination with your venue for smooth setup and teardown. Optional enhancements such as custom branding and décor can be added based on the event theme.

Most of our event wellness activations are low-power and low-footprint, requiring only standard 120V power at most. Activations can be customized to fit tight spaces, expo booths, or expanded into full wellness lounges with furniture and décor.
All necessary functional items such as massage chairs, tables, stools, and supplies are included. Lounge furniture such as zero gravity chairs, rugs, or greenery can be added through Elevate or coordinated with your decorator or DMC for cohesive design.
Yes. All practitioners are licensed and insured professionals, and Elevate carries full general liability and professional coverage for hotel and convention center operations. Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are available upon request. Our operations team handles load-in/load-out coordination and ensures compliance with each venue’s requirements.
Absolutely. Many of our activations can be branded with your logo, color palette, or messaging, from logo placement, custom product labels and even therapist attire. Our staff can also deliver a short branded welcome or sales pitch as part of the experience.
Most activations require 30–60 minutes for setup and 30–60 minutes for teardown, depending on scale and access. Our team will coordinate directly with you to align on load-in times, dock access, and power needs.
Yes. We frequently work with conferences that run multi-day schedules or rotating activations, and we offer custom pricing to optimize staffing and logistics. Combining multiple services (for example, chair massage + VR meditation) also qualifies for package pricing.

For major conferences or shows, we recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance to secure preferred staff and scheduling. For smaller events or receptions, 1–2 weeks’ notice is often sufficient depending on service mix. Rush availability can be arranged for select activations.
